The company is looking out for a professional to join it as Service – Coordinator – Northern Region

Location: NEW DELHI
Reporting : SERVICE MANAGER – Northern Region

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience and Key Skills :

• Min. 3–5 years of experience in Service Coordination.
• Individuals with experience in handling service coordination of Commercial Kitchen equipments, service support will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

• Attending service complaints
• Interacting with customers independently.
• Provide solutions to customers time to time
• Coordination between various departments for resolution of issues being raised by various customers
• Placement of Engineers/ Technician on daily basis against customer complaints/ installation etc.
• Strong Computer skills Good communication skills verbal & written.
• Preparing Quotations for customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Must be strong on Excel and Tally/ Busy.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate in B.COM stream / M.B.A from a reputed university will be an added advantage.
• Overall effective personality and result oriented attitude.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Female will be given preference with all parameters being equal.

Compensation :

• CTC Rs. 3.8 Laks Per Annum upwards
• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate depending upon the personal performance in interview.
• Compensation will depend upon past record and stability.
