Service Coordinator

You are a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with technicians, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your main duties include receiving, processing, and managing service requests from customers to ensure timely and effective resolution. You will also be coordinating with technicians to schedule and dispatch service requests, optimizing the use of resources. Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping customers informed about service request status is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will manage the scheduling and dispatch of technicians, ensuring efficient routing and time management. Accurate data entry and record-keeping of service request data, customer information, and technician schedules are essential. Troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues and escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary are also part of your responsibilities. This is a permanent position located in Navi Mumbai with a salary of 35 K. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Coordination.
