About the Role:

Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.
  • Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.
  • Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.
  • Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with at least one year of experience in CRM management, customer support, or inbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Proactive, organized, and target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Startup mindset flexible, hands-on, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
