Customer Interaction & Intake

Greet commercial clients and understand service needs for trucks, buses, or fleet vehicles.
Document vehicle issues, mileage, and service history accurately.
Explain service options, costs, and timelines clearly
.

Job Scoping & Coordination

Liaise with technicians to assess job complexity and parts availability.
Prepare job cards and ensure accurate labor and parts estimates.
Schedule service appointments to optimize workshop capacity.

Service Execution & Follow-Up

Monitor job progress and proactively update customers.
Handle approvals for additional work and ensure timely invoicing.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.

Fleet & Warranty Management

Coordinate with fleet managers for bulk servicing and preventive maintenance.
Process warranty claims and liaise with OEMs or insurance providers.

System & Compliance

Use DMS/CRM tools to log service records and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
