Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive SEO trainee to support our SEO efforts. As an SEO Trainee, you will work closely with our SEO team to implement on-page and off-page strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance metrics. This internship is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization
Assist in optimizing on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, alt text, and internal linking
Help analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
Perform technical SEO audits to identify website issues and suggest solutions (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors)
Assist in creating SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, product descriptions)
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
Track keyword rankings and report on progress and insights
Support backlink building strategies through outreach, guest posting, and content marketing
Assist in optimizing existing content for better ranking and engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in the SEO industry

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO (internship or junior role)
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
