Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization. Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities, including site audits, keyword targeting, and backlinking strategies. Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices across the website. Monitor SEO performance through tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console, and provide insights and reports. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance on optimization strategies and performance monitoring. Manage the SEO budget and resources effectively, ensuring that all SEO initiatives are aligned with business goals. Regularly interact with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs. Prepare and present detailed SEO proposals, including project timelines, expected outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their SEO goals are consistently met. Requirement Skills: Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Lead, or similar role with a strong track record of SEO success. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns and strategies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong client-facing skills, with experience in client interaction and preparing SEO proposals. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
