Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our search engine optimization strategies across multiple projects. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving website traffic, and boosting rankings on Google, Bing, and other search engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for multiple websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
  • Create, manage, and implement link-building campaigns.
  • Work with content writers to produce SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, and digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable SEO strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of local SEO & international SEO.
  • Experience with YouTube SEO / App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
