SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing on-page and off-page SEO activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, analytical tools, and content optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata (titles, descriptions, headers, ALT tags).
• Handle technical SEO tasks: link structure, XML sitemaps, site audits, crawling/indexing issues.
• Execute off-page SEO activities: link building, guest posting, outreach, directory submissions.
• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Work closely with the content and development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Conduct monthly SEO reports and present insights, improvements, and growth plans.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.
• Good understanding of HTML, WordPress, and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to create SEO-friendly content briefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant SEO experience in a digital marketing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
