Microsoft 365 Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to join our global IT team. This role requires direct collaboration with clients in the US and cross-functional US /India teams . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in complex migrations from Microsoft Exchange to O365, be adept with Azure AD, and possess substantial experience in user management, role management, and mail management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migrations from on-premises Exchange to Office 365 (O365) for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with US team to plan, execute, and validate complex migration projects.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for US-based clients during migration engagements.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user and role management.
• Design and implement robust mail management strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot migration issues, provide technical solutions and post-migration support.
• Document processes, migration outcomes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years total IT experience, with significant focus on Exchange and O365 migrations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in migrating from Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace to O365.
• Understand attribute management as it relates to O365 identities such as user objects, O365 Groups, Active Directory knowledge, M365 features deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of complex mail management, including mail routing, hybrid coexistence, and compliance.
• Good understanding of Azure and Active Directory in a multi forest/domain infrastructure, including authentication and authorization principles.
• Proven success handling multinational clients and distributed project teams.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to interact with clients at all technical levels.

Education & Certifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (must).
• Valid certifications in Microsoft 0365 and Azure .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant O365 environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Previous experience in global delivery models.
