SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, and page speed for improved rankings
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
• Track, measure, and report performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.)
• Stay current with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized content
• Build and manage white-hat link-building campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and project-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with developers on SEO-related tasks
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with local SEO (if applicable)
