SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our real estate company’s digital marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase our online presence, drive qualified leads, and improve organic search rankings for our real estate projects and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored to real estate industry needs. Conduct keyword research focusing on property-related, location-based, and investment-related keywords. Optimize website content, landing pages, and property listings for higher search visibility and lead generation. Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content relevant to real estate trends and projects. Perform regular SEO audits and improve site architecture, page speed, indexing, and mobile responsiveness. Build high-quality backlinks and local citations to improve domain authority and Google rankings. Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) and other local SEO platforms for better local visibility. Analyze competitor websites and keep up with industry-specific SEO trends. Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword planning tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (WordPress, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights. Excellent communication and project management skills.
