SEO SPECIALIST

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SEO Specialist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building links, analyzing web analytics, and implementing on-page SEO strategies. The role will involve optimizing website performance and enhancing search engine rankings by employing best practices and effective techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research and On-Page SEO skills
• Link Building expertise
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms

to drive leads and conversions

• Develop and implement successful SEO strategies (on-page and

off-page)

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Coordinate with designers and content writers to generate

high-quality assets

• Manage and segment email marketing campaigns using tools like

Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.

• Monitor and report on performance of all digital campaigns using

tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital

marketing and apply them as needed

• A/B test campaigns, analyze data, and implement changes for

optimization

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local SEO, mobile SEO, and technical SEO best practices.
