Job Title: SEO Specialist Company: Adrita Enterprise Location: Birati, Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, and performance tracking to increase organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, images, internal links, and URL structures Develop and implement off-page strategies such as backlink outreach and digital PR Collaborate with content and web development teams to create SEO-friendly content Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and search engine best practices Perform regular SEO audits and recommend technical improvements Develop and execute strategies to improve local SEO and mobile search performance Requirements: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of content marketing and digital advertising is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications Experience with technical SEO and schema markup
