SEO Manager

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven SEO Manager

to lead our content and search engine optimization efforts at Refrens.com. If you're a team leader with a deep understanding of SEO, content writing, backlink strategy, and digital growth — this role is for you. You'll manage a small team, develop search strategies, and optimize our digital presence for maximum visibility and impact.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the full content strategy— from ideation to publishing — for blogs, landing pages, and SEO-rich web assets

• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks well and delivers value to the target audience
• Build and maintain a high-performance SEO content calendar based on keyword strategy and market trends
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor audits to fuel content planning
• Lead a team of SEO executives and content writers — manage output, ensure quality, and guide improvement
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, Search Generative Experience SGE, and AI-powered SERP features
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more to enhance content ideation, optimization, and workflow automation
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., and optimize based on insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, product) to align SEO strategy with larger business goals
• Execute backlink strategies and content-driven outreach campaigns for domain authority improvement
• Track emerging AI and digital trends to keep Refrens.com at the forefront of innovation

Skill Set Required

• Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GoogleAnalytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Proficient in SEO content writing & editing with a clear understanding of keyword intent and content structuring
• Backlink strategy, outreach campaigns, and interlinking for domain authority
• Experience in managing and mentoring small teams
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Awareness of latest Google algorithm updates, search trends, and AI integration in SERPs
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, etc., and their use in content ideation, research, and optimization
• Ability to stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evolving SEO strategies
