SEO Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented and highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and drive impactful organic growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership ability, and proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to plan, execute, and monitor multiple SEO campaigns.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to align with campaign goals.
• Oversee all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to ensure maximum website performance.
• Perform regular technical audits and collaborate with the development team to implement recommendations.
• Manage and execute link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to achieve strategic SEO objectives.
• Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO, including at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
