Job Description

Position: SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Implementation:Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
Keyword Research:Conduct thorough keyword research to identify content and optimization opportunities.
On-Page & Technical SEO:Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and structure for search engines.
Technical Audits:Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors and broken links.
Link Building:Direct and coordinate off-page SEO tasks, including acquiring quality backlinks from reputable sources.
Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, and report on key metrics to guide strategy.
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with content creators, web developers, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital initiatives.
Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about algorithm changes, emerging SEO techniques, and best practices.
