SEO Manager

As an SEO Manager at URL Factory Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance website visibility in search engine results. Your primary objective will be to increase organic traffic, improve user experience, and drive high-quality leads or conversions. Your key responsibilities will include boosting website visibility through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to generate increased traffic and facilitate business growth. You will oversee SEO efforts across all digital platforms, collaborate with content creators and developers, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights and industry trends. Your success will be measured by achieving higher search engine rankings for target keywords, growth in organic traffic, improved click-through rates, conversion rates, and regular performance reporting. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a master's degree considered an added advantage. Ideally, you will have 4-6 years of prior experience in an SEO manager role and demonstrate proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making, familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends are essential requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience in e-commerce SEO and local SEO, knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, and technical SEO aspects like speed optimization for websites. You should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills, possess familiarity with social media marketing's impact on SEO, and have experience in SEO testing and experimentation. Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple SEO initiatives concurrently are also highly valued. This is a full-time position based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, requiring in-person work.
