We’re looking for an SEO-focused web Developer to join our growing digital team and support 35+ live client projects across different CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer).

The role is a mix of front-end development, technical SEO implementation, and performance optimisation, ensuring all client websites are fast, scalable, user-friendly, and SEO-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Website Optimisation & Performance: -

Improve website speed through image optimisation, code minification, and caching.

Implement and manage Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Technical SEO Implementation: -

Develop and update location, service, and blog page templates with SEO in mind.

Implement structured data (schema markup) for services, locations, blogs, FAQs, and reviews.

Maintain clean site architecture & navigation for crawlability and UX.

Troubleshoot crawl errors, indexing issues, and migrations.

CMS Development & Integrations :-

Build and customise pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer etc.

Integrate interactive elements (Google Maps embeds, Google Reviews, local store locators).

Manage third-party plugins/widgets such as review aggregators (Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, Foursquare).

Analytics & Reporting Support:-

Set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console tracking.

Support with site audits and technical fixes from Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools.

Blog Development & Enhancements

Ensure blog templates are mobile-optimised and SEO-ready.

Implement structured data for ratings, FAQs, and rich results.

Optimise for engagement and conversions with SEO-driven best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development (WordPress / Webflow / Framer experience is essential).
• Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data.
• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations.
• Ability to balance design, UX, and SEO requirements in development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Familiarity with Surfer SEO / GSC / Ahrefs insights for technical fixes.
• Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies.
