SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization:

• Perform keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and meta tags.
• Conduct on-page audits and implement SEO recommendations.
• Optimize site structure, internal linking, and URL architecture.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and target keywords.

Off-Page Optimization:

• Develop and execute link-building strategies.
• Manage backlinks and identify opportunities for quality link acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies.

Technical SEO (Basic Knowledge Required):

• Understand and assist with website crawling, indexing, and site speed optimization.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console.
• Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.

Preferred:

• Experience working with content and development teams.
• Knowledge of local SEO and schema markup.
• Certification in Google Analytics or SEO tools (optional but a plus).
