Job Description

We are passionate about empowering learners and shaping the future of education. We’re looking for an enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and help boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings for educational programs, courses, and content.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, blog posts, landing pages, and course pages to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships with educational websites, blogs, and influencers.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking on high-value search terms related to education, online learning, and specific courses.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize educational content such as blog articles, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Technical SEO: Work closely with web developers to optimize site architecture, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical aspects affecting SEO performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Competitor Analysis: Track competitors' SEO performance and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the education sector.
  • SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, particularly in the education space.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an SEO Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, ideally in the education industry.
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Solid experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics and SEO reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research and content optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO aspects (site structure, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (content creators, web developers, marketing team).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with local SEO and targeting educational audiences in specific geographic areas is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with paid marketing campaigns (PPC, Google Ads) and how they complement SEO efforts.
  • Knowledge of SEO for international or multi-language websites.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
