Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Executive to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with hands-on experience optimizing Next.js based websites. This role will focus on improving our website’s ranking, increasing organic traffic, and boosting conversions through strategic SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our Next.js based e-commerce website.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexing for Next.js applications.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, alt texts, and content structure, to align with SEO best practices and Next.js framework capabilities.
  • Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest posting, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content and product pages.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO-friendly features, such as server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to track KPIs and refine strategies.
  • Create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content in collaboration with content creators and marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and Next.js advancements to maintain a competitive edge in e-commerce search rankings.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics, with actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing Next.js websites for SEO, including knowledge of SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, link building, and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO in Next.js environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Next.js.
  • Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals for enhanced SEO performance.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration with Next.js.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks and their SEO implications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
