About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Developer who can take full ownership of SEO execution, website optimization, analytics tracking, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to drive traffic, improve search visibility, and deliver measurable ROI for clients across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities


1. SEO Execution

  • Perform complete On-Page SEO: keywords, metadata, heading structure, schema, and content optimization
  • Handle Off-Page SEO: backlinks, submissions, outreach, and authority building
  • Manage Local SEO: Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, reviews
  • Conduct SEO audits and prepare actionable reports
  • Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO factors


2. Digital Marketing

  • Run paid campaigns on

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  • Plan and execute social media strategies (daily/weekly content calendar)

  • Create landing pages for campaigns to maximize conversions

  • Set up remarketing, custom audiences, and conversion tracking

  • Manage email marketing (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot)


3. Website & Analytics

  • Build and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, performance)
  • Implement tracking pixels and analytics scripts
  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush

  • Generate performance dashboards and monthly client reports


4. Content & Brand Development

  • Assist in writing SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and ad copies
  • Coordinate with designers for banners, social creatives, and video content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels


Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of

    SEO fundamentals & Google ranking factors

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

  • WordPress development & speed optimization

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GSC, GTM)

  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics (SEO optimization)

  • Excellent communication & reporting skills

  • Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines


Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic UI/UX understanding
  • Canva / Photoshop design knowledge
  • Experience in lead-generation funnels
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot preferred)
