Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Assistant Manager with a strong agency background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client service and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing, and capable of leading SEO initiatives for international clients while managing a performance-driven team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies across live client accounts. Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of SEO team. Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Guide the team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Actively coordinate with clients for reporting, feedback, and campaign strategy discussions. Ensure timely and quality delivery of SEO projects and monthly reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skill sets and improve overall team performance. Key Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of marketing agency experience with active involvement in live accounts and client coordination. Proven track record of handling international clients (UK, USA, AUS, NZ, preferred). Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams of 5–8 members . Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, website performance metrics, and technical SEO. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Candidate must be comfortable working (3:00 pm to 12:00 am). Why Adit?
