Job Summary:

SEO Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies across live client accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of SEO team.
• Guide the team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Actively coordinate with clients for reporting, feedback, and campaign strategy discussions.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of SEO projects and monthly reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skill sets and improve overall team performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of marketing agency experience.

• Proven track record of handling international clients (UK, USA, AUS, NZ, preferred).

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams of 5–8 members.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, website performance metrics, and technical SEO.

• Candidate must be comfortable working (3:00 pm to 12:00 am).
