Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  3 to 5 years as a Zoho Developer with strong exposure to multiple Zoho applications.

• Technical Expertise:

  Proficiency in

  Deluge scripting

  and

  custom function development

  .

• Zoho Suite Knowledge:

  Hands-on experience with

  Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit

  , and

  Zoho One

  .

• Zoho Partner Network:

  Experience working within the Zoho Partner ecosystem (preferred).

• Project Management:

  Excellent client interaction, communication, and project management skills.

• Problem Solving:

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Certifications:

  Zoho certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and optimize Zoho applications including

  Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll

  , and

  Zoho Recruit

  .
• Implement and manage

  Zoho One

  and related tools across client environments.
• Write, maintain, and troubleshoot

  Deluge scripts

  for workflows, functions, and automation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored Zoho solutions.
  
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  
• Work within the

  Zoho Partner ecosystem

  to design and deploy integrated business solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for existing Zoho implementations.
  
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers as needed.
