Senior Zoho Developer

1)Position Overview

• The Senior Zoho Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
• This role involves collaborating closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Zoho products and be able to customize, integrate, and automate functionalities to meet business needs.

2)Job Role and Responsibility

Zoho CRM and Application Development

• Develop, configure, and customize Zoho CRM modules to align with business requirements.
• Create custom applications using Zoho Creator to automate and streamline various business processes.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Projects) and third-party tools using Zoho APIs and webhooks.

Automation and Workflow Management

• Design and implement automated workflows using Zoho Deluge scripts to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Build and manage automated email campaigns, task assignments, and follow-up reminders within Zoho CRM.

Data Management and Reporting

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Zoho applications by managing data imports, exports, and synchronization.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards within Zoho CRM to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with Zoho support and external vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

User Training and Documentation

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Zoho applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zoho configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Project Management

• Lead and manage Zoho-related projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage resources.

API and Integration Knowledge

• Proficiency in integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with middleware tools such as Zapier or Integromat for enhanced integration capabilities.

Database Management

• Knowledge of database management principles and experience in handling large datasets within Zoho applications.
