Senior Zoho Developer

As a technology solutions provider, your role will involve delivering critical solutions for the day-to-day operations and growth of the business. You will engage in requirements gathering sessions with business users and document requirements for new features, data capture, process functions, reports, and training. Your responsibilities will include CRM customization, assisting in CRM implementation, scripting/configuring in Zoho CRM/Creator/Desk, and other Zoho apps. You will be involved in writing custom functions, basic integrations, testing, and implementing extensions for Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Apps. Additionally, configuring APIs integration with various systems, Zoho testing, creation of screens, functionality, and UI in Zoho Creator will be part of your tasks. You will also analyze the impact of changes on previously implemented releases, understand system integrations and dependencies, and perform process mapping and workflow creation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT Field - 3 to 7 years of experience in a related industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that this is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, requiring in-person presence during the day shift.
