As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR modules, you should have 4-6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR, and performing end-to-end configuration for these modules. You will be expected to create and update configuration books, as well as functional design documents.
