Key Responsibilities:

• Zoho CRM Customization

  : Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and reports based on business requirements. Implement workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline processes.

• Zoho Creator Development

  : Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator, including building forms, and workflows, and automating data handling tasks.

• Zoho Integration

  : Integrate Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) with third-party tools and external APIs, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms.

• Code Optimization

  : Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Deluge (Zohos scripting language) and other relevant technologies.

• Problem Solving

  : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Zoho platforms, ensuring smooth operations for the end-users.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure alignment with business needs and technical solutions.

• Documentation

  : Prepare and maintain documentation for developed systems, workflows, and integrations to ensure continuity and ease of understanding for other team members.

• Testing & Quality Assurance

  : Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of solutions to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Continuous Learning

  : Stay updated with the latest Zoho updates and best practices to implement efficient solutions and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience

  : Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in

  Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho

  desk

  , and other

  Zoho applications

  .

• Technical Skills

  :
• Strong knowledge of

  Deluge scripting

  for Zoho CRM and Creator.
• Proficient in

  Zoho CRM

  customization, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Experience in integrating Zoho with

  third-party tools

  and APIs.
• Familiarity with

  Zoho Books

  for accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of databases, and experience with

  SQL

  .
