Responsibilities Demonstrate technical expertise understanding of functional HR processes to act as primary authority and owner for Workday configuration within your defined area(s) of responsibility defining and shaping the business process architecture. Work closely with HR on projects, priorities and daily operational support. Work collaboratively with users, management and stakeholders to review new processes and improve existing business processes. Understand & interpret business needs and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solutions. Work directly with stakeholders/customers/business to confirm technical/business requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off. Work Independent functional projects as a reporting subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of the data set for each reporting project Must have Workday Configuration experience in the following areas: HCM/Recruitment/Security/Report/Dashboards/Integrations & EIBs. Stay abreast of new functionality and implement enhancements that support the delivery of HR services Provide Workday training to support users’ roles and strengthen the organization’s ability to use Workday effectively and efficiently Qualifications 4-5 years of experience with HCM and other functional areas including Recruiting, Security, Reporting, Dashboards/Discovery Boards, Experience with Workday integrations including Third-Party Payroll integrations, US benefits integrations. Workday studio experience, Knowledge of areas Compensation, Absence and Time Off, Time Tracking will be a plus. Show more Show less
