Senior Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Define high-level design standards, oversee the entire design lifecycle, and ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clients, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into functional, engaging designs.
• UX/UI Expertise: Create wireframes, mockups, and intuitive user flows, applying UX/UI best practices for optimal usability and navigation.
• Technical Proficiency: Design and develop responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript, ensuring technical feasibility and performance.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and train junior designers, conduct code reviews, and support the development team.
• Project Management: Plan timelines, allocate resources, manage tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Digital Asset Creation: Produce graphics, logos, and digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on emerging web technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI, and branding.
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, Content Management Systems (CMS), and digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
