Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior VoIP Engineer based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior VoIP Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining VoIP systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal telephony solutions. Daily tasks include configuring and optimizing VoIP equipment, monitoring performance, resolving network-related issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless communication services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Proficient in Networking
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
