Job Title: Senior Visualizer/Designer Exp: 10 + yrs Location: PAN INDIA Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualizer/Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. As a Senior Visualizer/Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our C-suite communication, work closely with the CEO’s office, develop marketing narratives and deliver highquality design solutions across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Concept Development: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative design concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives. • Visual Design: Create visually stunning and effective designs for digital and print media, including GTM decks, CEO communication, brochures, and presentations. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all channels. • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and impactful design solutions. • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design work. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a visual design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc. • Creativity: Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members. • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in motion graphics and video editing. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles. • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
