As a member of the Data Analytics team at Ecom located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for handling internal strategy and analytics work. This includes tracking, analysis, and reporting of various metrics related to operations, finance, customer service, etc. Your role will involve independently conceptualizing, planning, and executing projects aimed at improving company performance. You will also provide decision-making support for senior management across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Independently conceptualize, plan, and execute performance improvement projects. This includes identifying key factors for employee engagement, minimizing shipment returns, dynamically identifying shipment delays, and predicting incorrectly routed packages. - Support business decisions across functions by conducting analyses on business impact, costs, and benefits. This may involve decisions related to the locations of new centers, pricing models, etc. - Track performance parameters, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive improvement projects. - Coordinate with other functions during project conceptualization and implementation. - Make periodic presentations of project outputs for reviews with senior management. - Directly manage a team of 2-3 people as direct reports, and guide other junior members working on projects. Qualifications: - Broad skillset including problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and presentation skills. - 3-5 years of relevant work experience. - Experience with end-to-end delivery of analytics projects. - Hands-on experience in data extraction, wrangling, analysis, modeling, and visualization. - Mandatory tool knowledge: Excel, R/Python, SQL, and Power BI.,
