This key role will drive sales, responding to client request for content, building and establishing client / procurement relationships. Driving profitable growth is the core objective, so knowledge of the industry with an insatiable curiosity and excitement for market trends is a must. Role & Responsibilities: Manage go to market initiatives towards selling CYLNDR offerings to Brands and managing sales activities for the region Reach out and engage with Brands, map accounts, crack insightful briefs and inspire creative team members to come up with interesting and engaging ideas Cold Calling is a must Opportunity to learn and be responsible for end to end Business Development Lead generation to closure Lead day to day client engagement and interaction with creative & production teams Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual sales target for the region / set of accounts allocated Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role: Successful applicant should be an MBA in Marketing with 3-4 years of experience quota driven sales to Brands Should have good understanding of the Advertising Business either working with or engaging with known brands, advertising agencies, digital agencies, production houses Strong connect with Advertising agencies & Brands Track record of handling big ticket projects and ability to close complex deals Proven track record of managing all scale of projects with deep client relationship Prior experience working for Creative Agencies, Digital Agencies, Broadcast Industry or Large Print publications Successful track record of having managed clients, achieving Sales targets and delivering growth in this sector Exceptionally strong communication, engagement, presentation skills Highly organised, motivated and able to multi-task Ability to coordinate and support senior leaders

Mid-level experience in 3Ds Max modelling, animation, lighting, texturing, and rendering in Arnold/vray/corona/. Good Understanding of particles and simulations is a must. Should have a good knowledge of compositing in After effects. Beginner level experience in AutoCAD with a basic understanding of drawings. Excellent communication skills in English. Excellent work ethics. Rises to the occasion. Knowledge of multimedia and/or graphics software, is an added advantage. Education: Bachelor s degree minimum. Certification in 3D education across multiple areas of study with a focus on tools, processes, and workflow is an added advantage. Work Samples: Portfolio of work samples demonstrating modelling, animation ,lighting, particle simulations and rendering skills in 3ds Max and Arnold/vray/corona/ is required. Submissions without a portfolio link or samples will not be considered. Primary Responsibilities: Providing renders of systems to be used as Human Machine Interface (HMI). Manipulating or Editing models from other 3d software s such as Solid works or Google Sketch Up, etc in 3ds Max. Utilizing model, material, texture libraries for repeat equipment across various clients. Adds to model, material, and texture libraries when new equipment is created. Managing all revisions to models and renders made throughout the life of the project. Creating models in reference to photographs, images, video, screenshots, and/or. dwgs. Logging time daily and daily communication with the manager and team. Expectations: Technical Skills: Compositing, modelling, animation ,lighting, particle simulations and rendering, 3D Spatial awareness. Soft Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, spatial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to look up and understand technical data. Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills Stays updated with technical trends and is ready to adopt new technology. Open attitude towards learning new software and techniques beyond modelling in 3ds Max, such as simulation software, photo and video editing software, and 3d animation.

Develop and execute visual concepts and designs for video projects, ensuring alignment with the creative brief. Create storyboards, mood boards, and concept art to illustrate video ideas. Design high-quality visual effects, typography, and supers that enhance storytelling. Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, editors, and animators to integrate visual elements seamlessly. Research and stay updated on visual trends, styles, and new techniques in video production. Work on branding, color palettes, and consistent visual themes for different video formats. Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high-quality standards. Adapt and modify designs based on feedback from clients, feedback from clients, directors, or stakeholders.
