We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and pacing, with hands-on experience in editing short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines
• Create videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Edit promotional videos, brand films, ad creatives, event videos, and product videos
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Ensure proper color correction, color grading, and audio synchronization
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and account managers to meet project objective
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Review junior editors’ work and provide constructive feedback
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong command over motion graphics and animations
• Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and platform-specific requirements
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
• Ability to work independently and lead projects
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong understanding of social media trends and performance-driven content
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of videography and photography is a plus
