Role Overview: You are being hired as a Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead the operations of an India-based company engaged in the manufacture of fiber cement sheets and calcium silicate boards. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of manufacturing plants and develop effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders, managing projects, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure the company's competitiveness in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes are in place. - Lead and mentor senior management teams to drive performance and professional development. - Identify market trends and growth opportunities, guiding product development and innovation strategies. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies. - Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presence and increase market share. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or chemicals. - Minimum of 20+ years of leadership experience in building materials/Paper/Paint/Chemical industries. - Exposure to working in different states of the country to understand various perspectives in manufacturing facilities. - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve substantial results in a complex environment. - Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting. - Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences. - Ability to navigate and influence at all levels of the organization while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.,
