Senior Vice President Marketing

Looking for candidate with Commodity chemical experience.

Trading experience will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Approx. 50%)

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s marketing strategy to enhance market presence and brand awareness.
• Set sales growth targets and monitor progress against them.
• Analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed across all platforms and channels.
• Oversee regular market research and ensure findings are used to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

2. Planning & Budgeting (Approx. 30%)

• Define short- and long-term marketing goals and financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
• Propose marketing-related financial targets to the Chairman.
• Identify and develop strategic profit centres for business growth.
• Maintain marketing team manpower costs within approved limits.

3. Organizational Strategy & Team Development (Approx. 20%)

• Collaborate with management, procurement, logistics, and other departments to align marketing activities with organizational goals.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute to the overall health and growth of the organization.
• Develop and maintain a forward-thinking and customer-focused marketing approach.
• Build a high-performing marketing and sales team; ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members for their professional development.
