Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

You will be responsible for executing Bench Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment activities to build and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients. The role requires achieving regular targets independently in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will involve identifying suitable requirements from job boards and social networking sites and sharing them with consultants. Additionally, you will participate in client conference calls to understand their business needs and mobilize prospective consultants through networking and cold calling. As part of your responsibilities, you will create and maintain assignment track sheets according to company standards and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners, develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans, and demonstrate knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2) and US immigration laws (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT). An understanding of IT concepts and technologies is essential to identify opportunities for OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work-authorized consultants. The role requires hands-on experience working with Direct Clients/VMS Clients and a proven track record in placements with a results-oriented approach. Desired skills include a positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and urgency, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
