Senior US Healthcare Recruiter

In this role of Senior US Healthcare Recruiter at Aloden, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier clinical healthcare professionals like Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Nurses (LNs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and others for placement in healthcare facilities across the United States. Your collaboration with the US-based team is crucial to ensure high-quality and timely staffing solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit qualified clinical professionals such as RNs, LNs, PTs, and other allied healthcare workers. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume review, candidate screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers. - Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare candidates and clients. - Partner with the US team to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of talent. - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases accurately. - Stay updated with trends and compliance requirements in the US healthcare staffing industry. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in US healthcare recruitment, especially clinical roles (RNs, LNs, PTs, etc.), is highly preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Open to candidates ranging from entry-level to managerial level, based on relevant experience and capability. - Willingness to work night shifts onsite at our Jayadev Vihar, Bhubaneswar office.
