Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Onsite – Bhubaneswar, Odisha Employment Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This individual contributor role focuses on high-volume recruiting for Nursing and Rehab positions across the US. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with top-tier MSP/VMS platforms, all major US job portals, and a background in direct client hiring. Healthcare recruiting experience is mandatory, and nursing/rehab recruiting experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Rehab positions across various healthcare facilities in the US. Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates using US job portals. Manage and coordinate recruitment through MSP (Managed Service Providers) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) . Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates to support high-volume recruiting needs . Collaborate with account managers and hiring partners to understand client requirements and deliver qualified talent in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all client-specific and industry standards throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress using the ATS/CRM systems. Requirements: 1-6 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruiting , with a focus on Nursing and Rehab roles . Strong expertise in working with top-tier MSPs and VMS platforms . Demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with US job boards and sourcing tools. Preferred experience working directly with US-based clients . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and take ownership of end-to-end recruiting cycles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience specifically in nursing and rehab staffing .
