Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiation, to onboarding. Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types and demonstrate strong knowledge of US visa categories (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD). Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates across multiple US time zones. Format resumes as per client requirements and submit qualified candidates within deadlines.
