ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing process, experience working with VMS systems, and a successful track record of filling roles in the industrial, field operations, and skilled labor categories. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Light Industrial domains. Source and screen qualified candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed , etc. Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
