ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing process, experience working with VMS systems, and a successful track record of filling roles in the industrial, field operations, and skilled labor categories. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Light Industrial domains. Source and screen qualified candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed , etc. Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. Conduct initial screenings, explain job details, compensation, and client requirements to candidates. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers. Maintain candidate records and status updates in the internal ATS. Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to fulfill requisitions quickly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment . Hands-on experience recruiting in the Oil & Gas and/or Energy industry .
