ABOUT THE ROLE

US Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for

  non-IT roles

  across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Light Industrial domains.
• Source and screen qualified candidates using

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed

  , etc.
• Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
• Conduct initial screenings, explain job details, compensation, and client requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain candidate records and status updates in the internal ATS.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to fulfill requisitions quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years

  of experience in

  US Non-IT recruitment

  .
• Hands-on experience recruiting in the

  Oil & Gas and/or Energy industry

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, X-ray, and social recruiting strategies.
• Comfortable working

  night shifts

  aligned with the

  US time zone

  .
