Job Summary:

Senior US Healthcare Recruiters

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and pharmaceutical positions in the US market.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and ATS systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salary terms, and handle offer letters and onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and healthcare recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed placement targets within specified timelines.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients and hiring managers.
