Job Description

Senior Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets
  • Own and achieve sales quotas through

    hunting new accounts and farming existing ones

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand

    Digital Mapout Solutions global market presence

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to

    ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals that drive revenue growth
  • Lead strategic account planning and execute account expansion strategies

Sales Operations & Performance Tracking

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Track and report sales performance, providing insights and updates to senior management
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with

    Marketing, Product Development, Pre-sales, and Business Development teams

    to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Mentor and manage the sales team, providing coaching to drive performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

    MBA preferred

  • 8-12 years of experience

    in sales, preferably within software services or technology industries
  • Proven track record of

    exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
