Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jodhpur. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and strategize business growth plans. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, conducting market research, negotiating business deals, and implementing successful business strategies to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Market Research and Strategic Planning expertise to identify growth opportunities and adapt to market trends.
• Strong Negotiation and Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Team Collaboration skills and leadership abilities to work with and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and creating reports to inform business decisions.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
