Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that every product we deliver is both visually stunning and user-friendly.

Location: Bangalore & Remote Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹6 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs per year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to optimise user experiences.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth design-to-code implementation.
• Present design ideas and rationales to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or product-based company.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and interaction design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
• Bonus Points: Experience with motion design, front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS), and usability testing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
