Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer having 2+ years of experience with a strong command of Figma and a proven ability to collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role requires a balance of creativity, design precision, and a deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA) are implemented across designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, UX patterns, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Experience*

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles.
• Expertise in Figma — including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments alongside developers and product teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (A11y, WCAG 2.1) is desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
