UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, your main responsibility will be to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will be tasked with illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as designing graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in turning our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. This will involve gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To excel in this position, you must possess experience with design software and wireframe tools. A portfolio showcasing your professional design projects, particularly those involving web and mobile applications, will be highly valued. Your responsibilities will include building page navigation buttons and search fields, developing UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality, and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. You will also be expected to identify and troubleshoot UX problems, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhere to style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images. The ideal candidate for this position should have a portfolio of design projects (live projects are not mandatory), knowledge of designing tools such as Figma, and proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Additionally, strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset will be essential for collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. Good time-management skills will also be crucial to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions.
