The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and user experience efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement UI/UX strategies, guidelines, and best practices Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when relevant Ensure consistency and maintain design standards across all platforms and products Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling assets for promotional campaigns Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery of design solutions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
